RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHULAaVISTA ACCEPTING DEDICA-
C 'TION OF''-INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY TO
THE SAID- CITY
4`1 .. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: •
That certain dedication of an easement in real
property for surface water drainage purposes, executed
by ANDREW HOM and GLADYS HOM to the CITY OF CHULA VISTA,
dated the 25th day of November, 1952, a copy of which
is attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof the
same as though fully set forth herein, be, and the same
is, hereby accepted by the said City of Chula Vista.

keep in repair a steel-reinforced concrete drain pipe
of not over 20 inch diameter for the drainage of sur--
face waters through, under, along and across the souther-

No. 505 filed in the office of the County Recorder, San

Grantor reserves the right to the use and occupation
