NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby approve an Agreement between the City of Chula Vista and the Otay Water District for hiring of Dr. Orlob as an expert, known as document number C090-237, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista. f ~ublic Works ' Resolution No. 15907 Page 3 PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista, California, this 16th day of October, 1990 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers: Malcolm, Moore, Cox NOES: Councilmembers: None ABSENT: Councilmembers: McCandliss, Nader ABSTAIN: Councilmembers: None Greg~or~r~Co2x,' y~or ATTEST: ~Au~heiet, City Clerk STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO ) ss.
