RESOLUTION NO. 1359
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA DESIGNATING ADDITIONAL MAJOR CITY
STREETS.
THE CITY COUNCIL` OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of Division 3,
Section 2050 to 2053, inclusive, of the Streets and Highways Code, the Depart-
ment of Public Works of the State of California and the legislative body of
the City may agree on a system of Major City Streets; and
'WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista is desirous of desig-
nating the following street as a Major City Street in addition to those pre-
viously designated as Major City Streets, namely:
"H" Street from Bay Boulevard to Walnut Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chula
Vista that said Department be, and is hereby petitioned to approve the fore-
going designated street within the City of Chula Vista as a Major City Street,
and that it be included in the Major City Streets system of the City of Chula
Vista.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF
CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA, this 9th day of October .9 5$
