Attachment B includes the proposed revised executive management position titles r 1985-86. In Level', E-5, the position Deputy City Manager/Development Services ministrator has been deleted. Under Level E-4, the position of Public Services rector has been added, and under Level E-3, the position of Assistant to the City Manager s been added, and the position of Director of Public Works Operations has been deleted. e title of Public Services Director, included under Level E-4, renlaces the old sition of Director of Public Works Operations, formerly held by John Crouse. option of this resolution does not alter the existing salary bands as shown on both tachments A and B , but a subsequent modification may be necessary later when negotiations are completed.
