RESOLUTION NO. 1348
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

CITY OF .CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING DEDICA-
TION OF INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY TO
THE SAID CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, DOES HERE-
BY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That certain dedication of real property, for public
street, alley and highway purposes, made by quitclaim
deed, executed by SAFEWAY STORES INCORPORATED, to the
CITY OF CHULA VISTA, dated the 12th day of July, 1952,
a copy of _which is attached to and by this reference
made a part hereof the same as though fully set forth
herein, be, and the same is, hereby accepted by the said
City of Chula Vista.

All that Real Property situated in the City of Chula Vi %nty of San Diego,State of California,described as follows:
That portion of 5 acre Lot 6 of Quarter Section
138, of Rancho de la Nation in the City of Chula Vista,
County of San Diego, State of California, according
to Map thereof No. 505, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, March 13, 1888, ..
• described as follows:
From a point of beginning at the Northeasterly
corner of Lot 6, thence Westerly 140 feet along the
Northerly boundary of said Lot 6; thence Southerly
• 60 feet along a line parallel to and 155 feet distant
Easterly from the center line of Third Avenue; thence
Easterly 20 feet along a line parallel to and 60 feet
distant Southerly from the Northerly boundary pf Lot
6; thence Northerly 24.91 feet along a line parallel
to and 175 feet distant Easterly from the center line

• of Third Avenue to a tangent curve to the right having
a total delta of 90 degrees 20/ 10' and a radius of
