That report has been prepared and the above resolutions approve the report and set the date for a public hearing to consider the spreading of the assessments. The net assessment has increased by 25% over last year and the individual assessments have been equally increased among the parcels. (See attached comparison sheet. ) RECOMMENDATION: That the Council adopt resolutions approving the report and declaring its intention to establish the subject lighting and maintenance district, setting the date of June 25, 1985, for the public hearing.
