RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING DEDICA-
TION OF INTEREST TN REAL PROPERTY TO
THE SAID CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE -CITY OF CHULA VISTA, DOES HERE-
BY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain dedication of real
- property, for public street purposes, made by grant -
deed, executed by ABE WASSERMAN and FERNE I. WASSERMAN,
husband and wife, to the CITY OF CHULA VISTA, dated
the 1st day of April, 1952, a copy of which is attached
to and by this reference made a part hereof the same'
as though fully set forth herein, be, and the same is,
hereby accepted by the said City of Chula Vista.
SECTION 2. That said street is hereby officially
named GARRETT AVENUE. -
