HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1990-15831 RESOLUTION NO. 15831 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROPRIATING $94,057 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE PUBLIC FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FUND TO THE CONSTRUCTION CONTP~CT FOR THE PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING REMODEL The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as fol 1 ows: WHEREAS, on September 5, 1989, Council awarded a contract to Soltek of San Diego for new construction and remodeling of the existing Police Department Facility at 276 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista, and WHEREAS, to date, nine minor change orders have been approved and the original contingency fund of ~108,222 has been depleted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby appropriate $94,057 from the unappropriated balance of the Public Facilities Development Impact Fund to the Public Safety Construction P roj ec t.
