RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHULA VISTA AUTHORIZING DEED
TO CLARENCE E. MORRIS AND DOROTHY L.
' MORRIS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Whereas by Resolution No. 1427 of the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista, the City of Chula Vista accepted a
grant of real property, made by grant deed, executed by CLARENCE
E. MORRIS and CARROL P. FRANCIS, as Attorney in Fact of DOROTHY
L. MORRIS, dated the 5th day of April, 1953, recorded in Book
4823 at Page 400 iri the Official Records of the County Recorder
of San Diego County; and
Whereas said deed incorrectly described the lot intended
to be conveyed by the Grantor to the Grantee, and incorrectly
described the lot intended to be accepted by the Grantee, in
that it contained the following description* which was in error:
Lot Twenty (20) of Chula Vista Manor
in the City of Chula Vista, County of
San Diego, State of California, accord-
ing to the Map thereof No. 2958,filed
in the office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County on the 20th day of
• Feb. , 1953; and
Whereas it was intendedIDy the parties to convey real
property described as follows :
Lot "A" of Chula Vista Manor in the
City of Chula Vista, County of San
Diego, 'State of California,' accord-
' ing t a the Map thereof No. 2958,filed
in the. office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County. on the 20th day
of Feb . , 1953; and
Whereas it is the desire' of the City of Chula Vista to
correct the above mentioned mutual mistake of-the Grantors and
Grantee
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that said Lot Twenty

A20} - be conveyed to CLARENCE E. MORRIS and DOROTHY L.MORRIS,
husbarid 'and wife, as Joint Tenants, and that the execution of
the attached deed by the City of Chula Vista be and the same is
w hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Chula
Vista are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for
and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF
CHULA VISTAS "CALIFORNIA, this gth day of September, 1953, by the
following vote, to-wit:
