Home My WebLink AboutReso 1990-15829 RESOLUTION NO. 15829 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING CONTRACT WORK, TREE REMOVAL AND SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS {1990 PROGRAM) IN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of the City of Chula Vista has heretofore been notified that the contract work for tree removal and sidewalk replacement at various locations {1990 program) has been completed in accordance with that certain contract agreement dated June 5, 1990, by and between the City of Chula Vista and contractor, Caves Construction, and WHEREAS, on the 16th day of August, 1990, a final inspection was made and all of the public improvements in the project have been completed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works and in accordance with the requirements of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that said improvements be, and they are hereby approved and accepted by said City, based upon the recommendations of the Director of Public Works. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the contractor, Caves Construction.
