NOTICE TO BIDDERS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the Plans and Specifications for the Chula Vista Recreation Center, prepared by Johnson, Hatch & Wulff, architects, and submitted thsrday are hereby approved and 44 accepted. , ;‘ : , SECTION 2: That the Administrative• Officer of the City of Chula Vista is 'hereby authbrized .te cause the publication of the Notice to Bidders at such time as may appear to be desirable and s© that constructioh bids may be received at a convenient and practical. tim? . for. the opening of bids on the sale of the City's General Obligation Bonds, heretofore approved by the electorate .
