Home My WebLink AboutReso 1990-15801 RESOLUTION NO. 15801 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING CONTRACT WORK FOR TREE TRIMMING SERVICE FOR FISCAL YEAR 1989-90 IN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, on March 27, 1990, the City Council by Resolution No. 15563, awarded a contract in the amount of $115,781.47 (including contingencies) to West Coast Arborists, Inc. for tree trimming service for Fiscal Year 1989-90 in the City; and WHEREAS, West Coast Arborists, Inc. completed the tree trimming service (for FY 1989-90) work On July 27, 1990; and WHEREAS, final inspections of the trees trimmed were held on August 3 and 6, 1990 and all work was found to be completed in accordance with the contract plans and specifications and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby accept the contract work for tree trimming service for Fiscal Year 1989-90 in the City of Chula Vista, California. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to send a copy of this resolution to West Coast Arborists, Inc. Presented by Approved as to form by Jo P. Li Bruce M.
