This resolution provides for adjusting the salary bands for executive managers.
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt resolution.

DISCUSSION
Attachment A contains the current executive salary schedule. Attachment B includes
the proposed schedule, which increases each band by 10%. This 10% increase
applies only to the upper and lower limits of the bands and does not necessarily
bear any relationship to the salary increases granted,
Additional changes have been made regarding the allocation of Deputy City Manager
to more accurately reflect the duties and responsibilities within the organization.
