DISCUSSION:
At its August 5, 1986 meeting,
the City Council (Moore) in response to a San- written cohnnunication from t Fred Lee,to prepare an ordinance�on, s stent gwi h uthe
Humane Society, directed staff

unattended vehicles.
The ordinance is designed to require people to take measures to o m prevent
