RECOMMENDATION: That Council adopt resolution awarding contract to Safetran Traffic Systems Inc. BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable. a DISCUSSION: Bids were advertised and mailed to prospective vendors and three bids were received. Page 2, Item 6 Meeting Date 6/16/87 FISCAL IMPACT: The total cost is $54,402.80. Funds are provided for several traffic signal projects, such as Max/Orange, Hilltop/Quintard, Second/Orange, etc .
