RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND
ALTRUSA CLUB OF CHULA VISTA AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as
follows:
That certain agreement between THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a municipal
corporation, and ALTRUSA CLUB OF CHULA VISTA, dated the 1st day of July 1990,
a copy of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, and incorporated
herein, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Chula Vista.

PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Chula
Vista, California, this 14th day of August, 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Malcolm, Moore, Nader, Cox
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: McCandliss
ABSTAIN: Councilmembers: None

I, Beverly A. Authelet, City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista, California, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 15767 was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 14th day of
August, 1990.
