THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES IIEflEDY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: WHEREAS there has been presented to this Council, after approval and recommendation of the City Pinning Commission of the City of Chula Vista that certain tentative subdivision map known as VALHALLA SUBDIVISION . SECTION 2: That the City Council does hereby approve said tentative subdivision map in accordance with the recom- mendations of said Planning Commission and does hereby author- ize the following changes, additions and corrections to be made to said map: That the North West portion of Shasta Street be paved. • ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CHUIA VISTA, CAIJF'RNIA, this 9th day of August, 1955 by the following vote, to wit: AYES: COUNCILMAN Rader, DeGraaf, Mansell, Smith, DeWolfe NAYES: COUNCILMEN None ABSENT: COUNCIL EN None !gay©r o e y . - f s .
