RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING TE 3TAT1vE,
SUBDIVISION HAP ENTITLED Elyria Subdivision
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: IDS' •S there has been presented to this
Council, after approval and recommendation of the City Planning
Commission of the City of Chula Vista that certain tentative
subdivision map known as Elysia Subdivision •
SECTION 2: That the City Council does hereby approve
said tentative subdivision map in accordance with the recom-
mendations of said Planning Commission and does hereby author-
ize the following changes, additions and corrections to be
made to said map:
That the Subdivider not be required to
provide a temporary turn-around at the
Westerly terminus of Sierra Way as
recommended by the Planning Commission

Gentlemen:
The tentative map of Elysia Subdivision was approved by the Planning
Commission at its meeting of October 3, 1955, subject to the follow-
ing conditions:
1. Provide property line returns at San Miguel and Del Mar Stteets.
2. Improve Del Mar with curbs, sidewalks and pavement.
3. Provide one-foot lot at the north and south terminus of Del Mar.
4. Realign San Miguel at the intersection with Sierra Way by reducing
the radius.
5. Show proposed location of sewer easements.
6. Indicate stream bed of natural drainage course.
7. Relocate the lot reserved for a street, by moving it west one
lot depth, where more adequate topography is available for the
exact location and before the final map is submitted.
8. Provide a temporary turn-around at the westerly terminus of
Sierra Way and that this turn-around not have permanent curbs,
sidewalks and gutters.
