HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1955-1795 RESOLUTION NO. 1795 S RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION HAP ENTITLED Shaffer Court THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS r'1LwaS: SECTION 1: WHEREAS there has been presented to this Council, after approval and recommendation of the City Planning. Commission of the City of Chula Vista that certain tentative subdivision map known as Shaffer Court. That a 1' lot be deeded tp- the City at the northerly end,of Glover Street _abutting the Fish property. 2. That a 40' street and a 60' right,-of-way, curb, gutter and sidewalk be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the Department of . Public Works, for a distance of approximately 166' abutting the Eisenman property. 3. That a paved temporary turn-around with a radius of 30' be maintained at the .northerly end of Glover. 4, That the sidewalks on Lots 3 and 4 be -terminated 5' north of the southern property line. 5. Provide access to easements to the rear of lots 1, 2 and 3. • 6. Show 30' easements in lots 83, 84, 85 and 86, Kuebler Terrace #5. The subdivision ordinance (#377) requires a radius of 40' for temporary turn- around . It also contains a provision that the Planning Commission may recom- mend the waiving of any of its provisions to the City Council. Due to the un= usual circumstancesof this subdivision, the Planning Commission wishes to recommend to the City Council that they accept the 30' radius, as mentioned above, in order that this land may be subdivided.
