BE, IT RESOLVED BY' TIM CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF CHULA.
VISTA, AS FOLLOWS:The City Administrative Officer is hereby author-
,
izeld to ,execute• on behalf of the City. of Chula Vista, grants
of rights of way or .easements to public utilities when the
same will not interfere with the orderly conduct of business
or traffic and after the same having been first submitted to
the City Engineer for his approval. If the City Engineer
disapproves any easement or right of way 'the same shall not
be granted .without',being first submitted to the City Council.
