RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING TENTAT.IVi
SUBDIVISION MAP ENTITLED KILE MORGAn T4RRACE
'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: WHEREAS there has been presented to this
Council, after approval and recommendation of the City Planning
Commission of the City of .Chula Vista that certain tentative
subdivision map known as .. Kia a Mogan T,j_:.oce •
• SECTION 2: That the City Council does hereby approve
said tentative subdivision map in accordance with the recom-
mendations of said Planning Commission and.does hereby author-
ize the following changes, additions and corrections to be
made to said map:

Gentlemen:
The tentative map of Kile Morgan lerrace_was: approved, at
the June 4th meeting of the_Planning Commission, subject
to the following conditions: ,
1. That the sidewalk be set on the property line
and the city be deeded a 21 easement inside the
property line for utility purposes ,
2. That the lots on the south side of San Miguel
be rearranged so, as to eliminate the narrow strip
of land on Lot 18.
3. That a 11 lot, Lot A, be dedicated on the easterly
end of'&an Miguel.
• 4. That the subdivider meet with recommendations of
the Engineering Department.
