Home My WebLink AboutReso 1990-15721 RESOLUTION NO. 15721 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA RATIFYING FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, ROBERT BEIN, WILLIAM FROST & ASSOCIATES AND BALDWIN VISTA ASSOCIATES, L.P. FOR PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES FOR THE SALT CREEK RANCH II PROJECT The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City of Chula Vista is the agency authorized to give discretionary approvals regarding the Salt Creek Ranch Project; and WHEREAS, consultants were retained on July 11, 1989 to assist the City in review of the proposed General Development Plan, paid for by the applicant; and WHEREAS, additional work, not included in the original scope-of-work, has been performed by the consultant, RBF & Associates on revisions to the draft General Development Plan for Salt Creek Ranch and additional analysis is required for the review of a revised submittal. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby ratify the First Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Chula Vista, Robert Bein, William Frost & Associates and Baldwin Vista Associates, L.P. for professional planning services for Salt Creek Ranch II Project, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista is hereby authorized to execute said amendment on behalf of the City of Chula Vista. Presented by Approved a~io fo~ Boogaard Robert A.
