LEASE
•
• THIS LEASE made this 19th day of September, 1956, between the
CITY OF CHULA, VISTA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to
as LESSOR and DR. MERRILL L. DAY, D.C. , hereinafter referred to as
• : LESSEE;
•
-WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lessor does hereby lease to the lessee the store
room located at 284 Davidson Street, Chula Vista, California for
•
a period of one (1) year from the 1st day of November, 1956 through
October 31, 1957.
2. As rental for said term the lessee shall pay to the lessor
the sum of $100.00, per -month due and payable on the 1st day of each
• • . • . succeeding month.
3. Lessee sh4,1 use said premises for commercial purposes only
and for no other purpose or purposes.
4. It is understood and agreed that lessor shall have the option
to terminate this lease as to the whole or any portion of the demised
premises upon giving to lessee lessors notice of intention so eo do in
writing thirty (30) days in advance.
5. ' Lessee agrees to hold the lessor 'harmless from and against any
and all damages And liabilities for anything and everything.st•soever
including any personal injury, loss of life, or damage to property arising
from or out of the use of the demised premises.
