RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING
AG'x as IT FOR THE CONSTRUCTLON OF
A/IMO/WO OFFSITE IMPROVEMENTS FOR ROBINHOOD NO. 2
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, DOES HEREBY RI SOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 10 That certain agreement between the CITY OF CHULA
VISTA, a municipal corporation, and CASEY CONSTRUCTION OJMPANY
, and f
dated____________August 6. 1956 , a copy of which is attache hereto,,
and incorporated herein, the saute as though fully set forth herein, be,
and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to execute the sane for and upon behalf
of the said City upon the posting of the bonds by Glens Falls Insurance
as provided for in said agreement.

IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between the CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a
;unicipal corporation, and CASEY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

WHEREAS the Second Party is the owner of real property in the City
f Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California, described as
ollows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of First Avenue and
' Naples Streets, thence S 71° 23' VJ 569.01 feet, thence N 18° 31'W 175.80 feet
• to a point on a curve of radius 2740 feet and whose center lies N 4` 47' 51" E
• 2740 feet from said last mentioned point; thence easterly along said curve a
distance of 596.43 feet to the point of beginning.

WHEREAS the Second Party is desirous of suppiying such assurances,

• 1. Said Second Party agrees to undertake and complete, and to pay
for all labor and materials in connection therewith, within a period of
365 days from the date hereof, all the necessary work and installa-
tion of improvements in the hereinabove described .'FroBer$y, in full
conformity with the ordinances of the City of Chula Vista, the laws of
the State of California and the directions of proper officials of the
City of Chula Vista, California as may be applicable thereto. Said
improvements are more particularly described as follows:

The Second Party further agrees to indemnify, protect and hold
harmless the said City of Chula Vista from any and all claims of

2. As a guarantee and as security for its full and faithful per-
