RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING T3TATIVE
SUBDIVISION NAP ENTITLED 0 ICN�LLS U.2�.,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: S me there has been presented to this
Council, after approval and recommendation of the City Planning
Commission of the City of Chula Vista that certain tentative
subdivision map known as HO&.KT KNOLLS NO. 2,,_,
SECTION 2: That the City Council does hereby approve
said tentative subdivision map in accordance with the recom-
mendations of said Planning Commission and dons hereby author-
ire the following changes, additions and corrections to be
made to said map:
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF
CHUTA VISTA, CALIFORNIA, this 14th Day of August, 1956
by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Rader Smith DeGraaf Dillon DeWolfe
NAM: COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None

Gentlemen:
The tentative map of Hobart Knolls #2, north of San Miguel bn `
Hilltop Drive, was acted upon by the Planning Commission at
its meeting of August 6th. It was unanimously carried-that - •. - •,
this tentative map be approved subject to the follbiiing con.,-
ditions:
1. That lot A at the north end of Hilltop be shown and
. dedicated to the city. ,
2. That setbacks as shown be approved. .
3. That a six foot untility easement on the rear of lots.
- 116 and 117 be shown.
I4... That an eight foot easement be- shown on lots 106 and 107.
5. Easements be provided for existing utilities on lots 128 ,`
and 129. '
6. That the existing gas,line across the rear of lots 128 and
129 be relocated to the satisfaction of the San Diego Gas
and Electric Company and the City of Chula Vista- Engineer-
ing Department.
7. No monolithic curb, gutter- and sidewalk be constructed and
• the sidewalks on Hilltop Drive to be 5' in width.
