RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA APPROVING LEASE TO
SAN DIEGO GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS: - •
SECTION ONE: That certain lease, dated November 12th, 1957
between the CITY OF CHULA VISTA, Lessor, and the SAN DIEGO GAS
AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, Lessee, a copy of which is attached hereto '
and by this reference incorporated herein be, and the same is,
hereby approved,
SECTION -TWO: That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City' of
Chula Vista are .h`ereby authorized 'and'directed to execute the
same for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista.
