RESOLUTION NO. 1939
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING TRNTATIVE
SUBDIVISION MAP ENTITLED Whittington Subdivision No. 6
TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS mLLOiS:
SECTION 1: 'Dr .S there has been presented to this
Council, after approval and recommendation of the City Planning
Commission of the City of Chula Vista that certain tentative
subdivision map known as Whhitti on Su d-sion No- •
SECTION 2: That the City Council does hereby approve
said tentative subdivision map in accordance with the recom-
mendations of said Planning Commission and does hereby author-
ize the following changes, additions and corrections to be
made to said map:
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF
CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA, this 2nd Day of April i 1957
by the following vote, to-wit:

Gentlemen:
The tentativemmap of Whitting Subdivision No. 6, was approved
at the Planning Commission meeting of /April 1, 1957, with t he
following conditions:
1. That Guava Avenue be dedicated to include the lot
reserved for street purposes,, with a 1' lot around
its perimeter and a temporary turn-around constructed
within that lot. That public improvements be in-
' stalled up to that point in a permanent manner.
2. Fourth Avenue and "I" Streets be paved to centerline
or as determined by the City Engineer.
3. Setbacks be approved excepting for Fourth Avenue which
shouldy25' .
