'That the subdivider meet all recofmaenda ions of the Engineering Department. 2. That 1' lots as shown in map in red be dedicated to the City. 3. That the setbacks be approved as indicated on map, em. . cepting that lot 16 in Section A and lot 1 in Section K maintain the 20 foot setback for side yards. 4. That temporary turn-arounds be constructed in the right- of-way of all dead end streets. 5. That all Subdivision and Zoning Ordinance requirements be complied with.
