RESOLUTION APPROVING ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN
INHABITED TERRITORY KNOWN AS INDUSTRIAL ANNEXATION NO. 2 3////x-7
WHEREAS, there has been submitted by certain pro-
ponents a request that the City give. its consent for said
' proponents to take proper procedures to annex certain tern--
tories known as the Industrial Annexation No. 2 to the City of
Chula Vista; and
r WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered
and recommended to the City Council that said consent be
given;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the said proponents of that certain annex-
ation known as the Industrial Lands Annexation No. 2 are hereby
given the consent of said City to take the procedural steps to
secure the annexation of said territory to the said City of
Chula Vista, and shall comply with the Government Code providing
for annexation of inhabited territory in all respects.
2. A description of the property,sought be be an-
nexed is attached hereto and made a part and •parcel hereof as
if set forth herein in full.
