CASTLE PARK ANNEXATION All that unincorporated area situated in the County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows : 1 . Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly line of Third Avenue with the Northerly line of Oxford Street ( formerly 7th Street) , as said Avenue and Street are shown on Map of Castle Park, No. 1752, filed in the office of the County Recorder cf said San Diego County, April 2, 1923; 2. Thence along the Northerly line of said Oxford Street, being along • the Souther:ly, line. of said Cantle Park, North 71° 27' East, , 1281 .52 feet, more• or less to an intersection with the center line of Second Avenue ( formerly 4th Avenue ) , as shown on said 'flap of Castle Park; 3. Thence continuing along the Northerly line of said Oxford Street, being along the Southerly line of said Castle Park, North 71° 23' East, 1322.60 feet, more or less, to an intersection with the center line of First Avenue ( formerly 5th Avenue), as said Streets are shown on Map of Country Club Manor Unit No. 2, No. 2629, filed in ' the office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County February 28, 1950; 4 . Thence Northwesterly along said Northerly line to an intersection with the Easterly line of Third Avenue, as shown on Map of Robinhood No. 2, No 3488, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County August 9, 1956; 8. Thence along the Easterly line of said Third Avenue, as shown on said Map of Robinhood No, 2, South 18° 37 ' East to the Northwest corner of said Castle Park hereinabove mentioned: 9. Thence continuing along said Easterly line, being along the Westerly line of said Castle Park, South 18° 38' East , 1242, 17 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
