RESOLUTION No. 1920
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING DEED TO REAL PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUL.4. VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That certain grant of real property, made by grant deed, executed by
Preston Haynes , dated the
16th d Y of January, 4957 to the CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a copy of
which is attached to and by this reference made a part hereof the same as
though fully set forth herein, be, and the same is, hereby accepted by
said City of Chula Vista as a grant in fee.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CHULA VISTA,
CALIFORNIA, this_ of Februa_ry , 19x_.,, by the
