HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1958-2036 RESOLUTION NNO, 2036 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING TENTA'LivE SUBDIVISION MAP ENTITLED GARRETT PARK • THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS ;it c. : • SECTION 1: X04 ,S there has been presented to this Council, after approval and recommendation of the City Planning Commission of the City of Chula Vista that certain tentative subdivision map known as GARRETT PARK • SECTION 2: That the City Council does hereby approve said tentative subdivision map in accordance with the recom- mendations of said Planning Commission and does hereby author- ize the following changes, additions and corrections to be made to said map: that Garrett Avenue will be improved by the owner or subdivider e c ADOPTED AND'APPROV D by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CHULA. Gentlemen: Y At the Planning Commission meeting of February 17th the tentative map of Garrett Park Subdivision, located between "I" and "J", east of Garrett Avenue ,extended, was considered. This tentative map was unanimously approved for R-1 development, subject to the.following conditions: 1. That 1/ lots A and B be dedicated as 'shown on the map. 2. That lot 1 and lot 2 be arranged so that each has the _ ' Minimum R--1 lot area. . 3. That a bond be posted guaranteeing improvements in front - of-lots 8 and 9 in the event that the temporary turn-around is removed and the street- extended to J " ". .
