RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL QF TIM CITY
OF CHULAA VISTA ACCEPTING DEED TO REAL PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUTA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That certain grant of real property, made by grant deed, executed by
Brown & Woolery, Inc . , a corporation , dated the
4th day of September ,1957 to the CITY OF CHUTA VISTA, a copy of
which is attached to and by this reference made a part hereof the same as
though fully set forth herein, be, and the same is, hereby accepted by
said City of Chula Vista as a grant ire fee.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CHULA VISTA,
