Whittington Annex No. 1, has, 'heretofore' been included within f the City of by Chula Vista b reason of its annexation to the City of Chula Vista, said real property being described as follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said lot 17, 1 . -Thence South 1&° 254 22" East along the Easterly line of - ;l lots 17, and 24, 460.24 feet to the Southeasterly corner of the Northerly 170 feet of lot 24; 2© Thence South 71° 434 50" West along the Southerly line of the Northerly 170 feet of lot 24, 250.00 feet; 3. Thence North 18° 254 22" rest parallel with the Easterly line of lot 243 170,00 feet to a point In the Southerly line of lot 17, said point being 250 feet Southwesterly measured along the Southerly line of said lot 17 from the Southeasterly corner of said lot 17; 4 . Thence North 71° 434 50" East along the Southerly line of said lot 17, 2.00 feet; 5. Thence North 18° 254 22" v'est parallel with the Easterly line of said lot 17, 290.22 feet to a point in the Northerly line of said lot 17, said point being 248.00 feet Southwesterly from the Northeasterly corner of said lot 17, measured along said Northerly line of said lot 17; 6. Thence North 71° 424 37" East along the Northerly line of said lot 17, 24800 feet to the point of beginning. Above described property being in a portion of Lot 17 and Lot 24, in Quarter Section 146 of Chula Vista, according to Map 505, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California° • ' NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA does hereby resolve as follows: , 1. That said real property, and the whole thereof, be withdrawn from the MONTGOMERY LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT, San Diego - County, California, effective March 3rd, 1958. 2. That said City -of' Chula Vista' does hereby assume re- sponsibility for furnishing fire protection to said real prop- erty, effective' January 1st, 1958. 3.
