RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CH JLA, VISTA WITHDRAWING REAL
PROPERTY' FROM `'HE; IONT&OMERY ,LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA-DOES RESOLVE,

WHEREAS the following described property, known as "Lillian
J. Rice School", has heretot;ore been included within the City

of Chula Vista by reason, of its annexation to the City of Chula 1
Vista, said real property being described as follows:

erty; effectve January 1st, 7.958.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of' Chula Vista is here- '
' by authorized and 'directed to file certified copies of this
resolution with the State Board of' Equalization, the governing
body of the Montgomery Local Fire District, the County Clerk of
San Diego County, and the County„ Assessor of San Diego County.
' ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY ;COUNCIL of the CITY OF
CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA, this 10th ,day of December, 1957, by the
