RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
ACCEPTING, DEDICATING AND NAMING REAL PROPERTY IN THE SAID
CITY'
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain dedication of real property, made by Deed,
executed by Arlo F. Buford and Frances B. Buford, husband and wife
in the City of Chula Vista, dated the 11th day of April ,19 58,
a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof the
sane as though fully set forth herein, be, and the same is, hereby accepted and
dedicated to public use for street and highway purposes by the said City of
Chula Vista.
SECTION 2. That said real property is hereby officially named
