RESOLUTION OF THE CITY council OF THE CITY OF CHOLA VISTA
DEDICATING AND WAVING PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED REAL PROPERTY IN
THE SAID CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE art OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
All or a portion of that certain real property made by Deed, executed
by Frank L. Whitington and Lorraine Whittington to the City of Chula
Vista, dated the 3rd day of September, 1958 ,19 , and accepted by
Resolution no. 1979 of the City Council of the City of Chula Vista is hereby

Lod dedicated to public use for street and highway purposes. the prapertx so
dedicated or portion thereof is fir described on the attached sheet and by this
reference is made a part hereof; the same as though fully set forth herein.
ADOPTED and A,PPR+, as by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CHiJLA VISTA,
CALIFORNIA, this 12th day of August ,19 58 , by the fbllosing
