RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING TENTATIVE
SUBDIVISION HAP ENTITLED DALSETH HILLS NO. 3
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS MUMS:
SECTION 1: 1 IN 4S there has been presented to this
Council, after approval and recommendation of the City Planning
Commission of the City of Chula Vista that certain tentative
subdivision map known as Dalseth Hills No. 3
SECTION 2: That the City Council does hereby approve
said tentative subdivision map in accordance with the recom-
mendations of said Planning Commission and does hereby author-
ize the following changes, additions and corrections to be
made to• said map:

Gentlemen:
At the Planning Commission meeting of July 21, a revised tentative
map of Dalsnth• Hills Subdivision No. 3 was considered. This map
re-.aligns Monserate Avenue and rearranges lots into what is, in the
opinion of the Planning Commission, a better plan for subdividing. _
The Planning Commission approved this map and wishes to recommend
to the City Council that it be accepted, subject to the following.
conditions: -
_ 1. Street names be accepted as shown.
2. That a 151 setback be approved on.Melrose., Myra and
,,the west side of NNonserate, a 101 setback on the east
side of Monserate and a 201 setback on Millen and "J"
Street, as shown on map.
3. That Melrose be dedicated to a 60* width.
lt. That It lots be dedicated as shown.
5. That utility easements be dedicated. ,
6. That Engineering Departanent recommendations be complied
with.
7. That a maximum l2 to 1 slope be maintained on private
property.

"J" Street ,Annexation, was considered at t he Planning Commission

meeting of June 2, 1958.' The Planning Commission approved said reap
and recommends,to'City Council that it be accepted subjedt to the
following: - .
1. Street names be accepted as shown. ;;
2, - That a 15 foot setback be established on Melrose, Myra '
- and the west side of Monserate, a 10 foot,setback on the '
east side of Monserate and a 20 foot setback on Millen
and "J" Street, as shown on map.
3. That Melrose be dedicated to a 60 foot width.
4. That 1' lots be dedicated as shown.
5. That- utility easements be dedicated. ,
6. That Engineering Department redbmmendations as to public -
improvements be complied with. _
