RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING TO APPROVE THE TELEGRAPH
CANYON SEWER BASIN PLAN AND ESTABLISH THE TELEGRAPH
CANYON SEWER FEE
WHEREAS, in compliance with the Telegraph Canyon Basin Sewer Monitoring and
Gravity Basin Usage Agreement between the City and EastLake Development, the City
entered into a contract with Willdan Associates for preparation of the Telegraph
Canyon Sewer Basin Improvement and Financing Plan on August 7, 1990; and,
WHEREAS, this plan, which is now completed, provides recommendations for
sewer system improvements needed to accommodate ultimate wastewater flows in this
basin and proposes a fee of $158 per Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU) to finance
the construction of these improvements; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been set for October 13, 1992 to consider the
establishment of the Telegraph Canyon Sewer Fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula
Vista does hereby set Tuesday, October 13, 1992 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 276 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista, California as the
time and place for interested persons to be heard on the approval of the
Telegraph Canyon Sewer Basin Plan and establishment of the Telegraph Canyon Sewer
Fee at $158 per Equivalent Dwelling Unit to finance the construction of these
improvements.

Vista, California, this 22nd day of September, 1992, by the following vote:
