' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista , did on the 19th day of May, 1959, adopt Resolution of • Intention No. 2242, whereby the City Council did declare its intention to vacate, pursuant to the "Public Service , Easement Vacation Law", a certain sewer easement located ' ocated , on real property situate in the City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California, as herein described, and • more particularly described in the plat on file in the • .office of the City Clerk of said City; and . • WHEREAS, said Resolution was duly published once in the Chula Vista Star News, a newspaper of general circulati'hn, ; printed and p published in the City of Chula Vista; and WHEREAS,. the Superintendent of Streets of the City of ' Chula Vista did cause to be conspicuously posted Notice of Easement Vacation,:.all in the form, manner and time required ' by law; and S .• WHEREAS, the City Council did, on the 9th day of Tune, {A - . 1959, at 7:00 P.M. , at the Council Chambers: being the time ; and place,fixed for hearing all persons interested in the . . proposed vacation, hear all the evidence offered by persons ' interested in said vacation; - • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of " the City of Chula Vista as follows: • 1. -That the City Council,' from the evidence submitted at said hearing, does hereby find that the easement herein described is unnecessary for present or prospective public use. . . 2. The City Council does hereby order the vacation of said sewer easement described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto, " and made a part hereof, as though fully set forth herein, and more particularly described in the plat on file in the' office of the City Clerk, and dope hereby declare that title to the • land subject to the easement reverts to the owners of the land , free 'from the rights of the public. 3.
