RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNC I L APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN
MYLO OCEAN VIEW ESTATES NO.1
THE CITY CODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOI 'S:
SECTION I . That certain agreement between the CITY OF CI-ULA
VISTA, a Municipal Corporation, and lvy10 Construction Co. ,
a Partnership , and
datedv 25,1959 , a copy of which is attached
hereto, and incorporated herein, the same as though fully set forth
herein, be, and the same Is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for 0n-d
upon behalf of the said City upon the posting of the bonds by

Gentlemen:
At the Planning Commission meeting of May 18th, the
final map of Mylo Ocean View Estates;No. 1 was considered.
There were two significant changes between the tentative
map and the final map which were recommended by. the staff.
Both of these were in reference to street pattern.
The Planning Commission recommends approval subject
to the following:
1. That Oneida St. be realigned to the north so
that the developer can control slope.
2. Oneida St. to terminate at Neptune Drive.
3. Setbacks on Oneida be reduced from 15 to 10 feet.
(No houses to front on Oneida.)
• . 4. That a 1 foot lot be retained on the centerline of
Oneida.
•• • 5. That all slopes.conform to F.H.A. standards in reference
to planting and degree of slope.
6. That the grading plan be submitted to the Engineering
Department and the Building Department.
