RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING TENTATIVE
• SUBDIVISION 21AP ENTITLED SWEETWATER VALLEY INDUSTRIAL PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: WHEREAS there has been presented to this Council)) after
approval and recommendation of the City Planning Commission of the
City of Chula Vista that certain tentative subdivision map known
as Sweetwater Valle Industrial_Park
SECTION 2: That the City Council does hereby approve said tentative
subdivision map in accordance with the recommendations of said Planning
Commission and does hereby authorize the following changes', additions
and corrections to be made to said maps
• 1. Street extension to the east through Lot 12, block V insteas of Lot 15 Blk V.
2. Sewer easement be required between Lots 35 and 36, and Lots 17 and 18, Blk VI.
3. Street serving Block VII to terminate in cul de sac if street through Lot 12,
Block V is extended to Edgemere Road at the time final map is approved.
4. Street between Block VI and Block V to have 80' right of way with 64' travel
way from curb to curb.
5. Utility lines to be placed at rear of lots.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY
OF CIWLA VISTA° CALXFORNIAD this 24th day of November, 1959

Gentlemen:
At the Planning Commission meeting of November 16, 1959, the tentative
map of Sweetwater Valley Industrial Park was considered.
The Planning Commission recommends approval subject to the following:
1. Street widths be as follows:
a. The street entering the subdivision from Highland Avenue -
100 foot right-. way with 64 foot travel*gay. A11 other
streets 60 foot right-of-way with 48 foot travel way.
2. Provision for extension of two streets to the area south of the
subdivision and one additional street extension to the north.
3. Provision of a 20-foot alley to the rear of the commercially zoned
lots.
) . Zero building lines on all streets excepting Highland Avenue, which
shall be five feet.
5. Street sections as recommended by the City Engineer.
The Planning Commission further recommends that the requirement for pro-
vision of alleys at the rear of all business lots be suspended for the industrial
lots in this subdivision, as per the attached resolution. f�
