Haas Industrial Park Subdivision was considered at the Planning Commission meeting of October 15, 1959. ' The Planning Commission recommends approval of-the map subject to the following conditions: , 1. That it lots be dedicated, where-required, as recommended by the Planning•Director, 2. That provision be made for Orange Avenue to extend west if feasible, - 3. That 20 feet be dedicated for Main Street in addition to existing right-of-way, with the understanding that the San Diego Gas & Electric Company have agreed that they-will dedicate 20 feet of their property for widening Main Street. 4, That improvements of streets be 3" of asphaltic concrete over 9 inches of decomposed granite rather than 3" over 6" as proposed. , 5.
