RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
ACCEPTING , DEDICATING AND NAMING REAL PROPERTY IN THE SAID
CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain dedication of real property, made by Deeds
executed by Dewey E. Mitchell and Harriette V. Mitchell
in the City of Chula Vista, dated the _1st day of September 1959
a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof
the same as though fully set forth herein, beg and the sane iss hereby
accepted and dedicated to public use for street and highway purposes by
the said City of Chula Vista,
SECTION 2. That said real property is hereby officially named
Casselman Street
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CHULA VISTA,
CALIFORNIA, this 27th day of QVA,9Ier "19 59 s by the
