HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1959-2334 RESOLUTION No 2334 • RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA WITH RESPECT TO PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION IN. GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO HAL JOHNSON COMPANY • WHEREAS, on September 14, 1959, the Planning Commission held a hearing on the application of the Hal Johnson Company for a condi- tional use permit for the construction and operation of a trailer park on property on the West side of Woodlawn Avenue North of "D" • Street, and WHEREAS, there has been filed an appeal to the Planning Comis- sion action in granting said conditional use permit, said permit being subject to certain conditions, and WHEREAS, notice has been duly given of a hearing on said appeal and a public hearing before the City Council for October 13, 1959 on said appeal has been held, NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council find as follows : 1. That the findings of the Planning Commission are reaffirmed 2. That said appeal has been denied • 3.
