PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS: FOR CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT OR OTHER PURPOSES THE ARCHITECT SHALL FURNISH EIGHT (8) COMPLETE SETS OF WORKING DRAWING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. ANY OTHER NECESSARY SETS OF PLANS AND SPECI- FICATIONS SHALL BE PAID FOR BY THE OWNER AT THE COST OF REPRODUCTION. • • The Owner and the Architect hereby agree to the full performance of the cove- nants contained herein. • IN WITNESS WHEREOF they have executed this agreement, the day and year first above written.
