At a special meeting of the Planning Commission on September 10, the revised tentative map of Robinhood #5 was considered. The Planning Commission'recommen ds that this map be approved, subject to the fol- lowing conditions: 1. That 11 lots be established where required. (To be ap- proved by the Engineering Department.) 2. That all streets have a 15 foot setback with the usual understanding that where straight-in driveways are used, a 20 foot setback shall be adherred to. 3. That such drainage provisions as required shall be pro- vided. (To be approved by the Engineering Department.) 4. That the approved city ,standards in reference to control of cut and fill slopes be adherred to. 5. That the suggested redesign of the northwest area of the subdivision be carried out if at all _feasible. 6. That no final map shall be filed on lots within the indi- cated freeway right-of-way, for a reasonable period of time.
