The City Council of the City of Chula Vista Does Hereby Find, Resolve and Order as follow': 10 That this Superintendent of Streets has found that the following named street improvements have been constructed in front of other properrtierr in the block on which the following properties are situated, and said improvements as installed constitute more than 5n of the frontage in raid block: Legal Description and Address Street Improvements 305 Landic Ave. 210 Landi3 Avc. 220 Landi3 Ave. " " " " IS 333 "B" Street e: i+ ft 763 Fourth Avenue Shoulder paving 767 " " " " 791 " ft " 2. That the owners of those properties itemized above have not installed the street improvements itemized above opposite the description of their properties and they have the duty of constructing or causing the construction of said street improvements in front of their properties upon notice so to do by the Superintendent of etrreets. 3. That the Superintendent of Streets notify the owners or persons in posses- sion of the above described properties, to construct or cause to be constructed said street improvements in front of their properties. 4. That said notice shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Improvement Act of 1911, Chapter 27 (Part 3, Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code) and said notice shall be given in accordance with said Chapter 27. 50 That the City Council will hear and pass upon objections and protests, if any, which may be raised by any property owner or other person interacted, in connection with said proposed street improvements, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. Tuesday or-+ 6._ 1959 _.__ _ in the chambero of the City Council.
