GRANT OF EASEMENT
Whereas ; the City of Chula Vista contemplates the construction of
a storage tank on K Street near its intersection with Sixth Avenue , in
front of the hereinafter described real property of the undersigned;
and whereas , the said City contemplates thereafter the closing of the
said K Street ; Between Vista Avenue and Sixth Avene and whereas , in
the event of such closing, the title to the said street would revert to the
undersigned;
Now therefore, in consideration of the benefits to "bv received by
the erection of said storage tank and in further considera`tion of the.
sum of ONE DOLLAR cash paid to each of the undersigned, an easement
is hereby granted to the City of Chula Vista, California' for the erection
and maintenance of such storage tank upon the following 'described property,
to wit:
