The Planning Commission recommends approval of the tent• ative.map subject to the following conditions: 1. 1 foot lots be reserved along the eastern and southern line of Melrose Avenue and on the southern end of Myra Place as shown on map. 2. That a temporary turnaround be constructed at the southerly end of Myra Place, 3. That adequate drainage facilities be provided. i. . Typical section to be shown for the cul.de-sac. 5. That the improvements shown for Naples Street should indicate 22 inches of asphaltic concrete over 5 inches of base rather than 2 inches over 4 inches. 6.
